Plymouth Tree People volunteers planted 14 standard trees around the flats on Keyham Road and St Leo Place in Morice Town, Devonport.

We worked alongside Plymouth Community Homes to consult with residents, who gave us a fantastic response when we asked them if they would like more trees around their blocks.

As well as the trees, we were able to plant some flowering shrubs alongside one of the boundaries of the flats, to hopefully give the space a bit more colour.

A huge thank you to the Plymouth and South Devon Community Forest who funded this project and the amazing volunteers who worked really hard to plant big trees on a very windy day!
