Plymouth Tree Partnership organises talks and guided walks to share knowledge about trees and their uses and design issues. We are happy to include events organised by other groups provided that there is a link to tree, landscape or design topics. Please note that we are unable to organise or co-ordinate events for you.
Partnership meeting – Wednesday 20th March 2019 – 7.00 pm
Ash Dieback – impact and response. What can we do?
We will hear why Ash Dieback Disease is going to be so devastating and learn what we can do to help nature recover. Rob Wolton has been intimately involved since the disease’s arrival in Devon, having led the county’s Landscape and Ecological Resilience Group as part of the Devon Ash Dieback Forum. This is an important subject for lives and landscapes. The talk will be held in Babbage Building room 002, University of Plymouth, and start at 7.00 pm. It is free to Plymouth Tree Partnership members and students; others will be asked for a suggested donation of £2.50 on entry.
